-- What are eyelash extensions?
They are applied to individual eyelashes, one lash at a time, for a natural, elegant and luscious look. Eyelash Extensions is perfect for special occasions as well as for everyday wear. Most extensions are made from synthetic materials, the synthetic materials last longer and are less likely to cause irritation or allergic reaction. A lash extension is designed to enhance the look and shape of the eye in a way that looks natural and does not hinder everyday activities.

-- Can I swim, shower or exercise, while wearing eyelash extensions?
Yes, you can shower, swim and exercise worry-free while wearing eyelash extensions. You can enjoy these lashes with little need to adjust your lifestyle. Please do not wet your lashes for 24 to 48 hours after the procedure to allow the bonding agent to fully cure. After this, you can swim and spa.

-- Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
Not at all, as long as they are applied correctly. The eyelash extensions come off when your natural lash falls out, and so long as an appropriate weight extension has been applied, your natural lashes will grow through as normal. Don't try to remove the eyelash extensions yourself - as this could easily damage your natural lashes.

-- Can I wear my contact lenses with these extensions?
Yes, however please take off your contact lenses while applying the lashes.

-- How long do Eyelash Extensions Last?
Eyelash extensions can last up to 6 weeks when properly cared for. The extensions will shed with the natural growth cycle of your own lashes. If you choose to get touch-ups in between they will last as long as you continue to fill them in.

-- How often should I get touch-ups?
We recommend getting a touch up every 3 to 5 weeks. If you wait too long your eyelash extensions will fall out and you will require a full set. Other factors such as exposure to steam, oil products or touching your eyes a lot may cause the extensions to fall sooner.

-- Can I apply mascara to Eyelash Extensions?
One of the main advantages of Eyelash Extensions is never need mascara or eyelash curlers again! However, if you must have the mascara look, only water based or our  specially formulated mascara can be used.

-- How long will it take to apply eyelash extensions and how is it done?
You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while eyelash extensions are applied individually to your natural eyelashes. it generally takes between 75 to 90 minutes to apply one full set of eyelash extensions. The procedure is so relaxing and comfortable that many clients fall asleep. Half set of eyelash extensions or touch ups can be done in 40 to 90 minutes.

-- Is there anything I should do to prepare for my appointment?
Yes! Try your best to arrive without any eye makeup. This will minimize the cleanup time and allow more time for applying the extensions.
